I don’t particularly like the taste of commercial ice lollies and I am not so keen to buy them for my children. They have far too much sugar and they leave you with that industrial unpleasant aftertaste in your mouth. Make them at home and they will be a healthy and delicious snack to serve to your children.
For these lollies I have chopped the fruit into cubes but you can also whizz it and stir it in with the yogurt instead. If you don’t have ice lollies molds, just use plastic cups instead and pop a stick into each one.
Once you have made them you can dip them into melted chocolate and then into chopped nuts for an extra treat.
- Prep Time : 20 min + 4 hours freezing time minutes
Ingredients
- natural yogurt – 500 g – 2 cups
- runny honey – 2 tbsp
- fresh fruit
Instructions
Chop the fruit into small cubes

Stir well the yogurt with the honey

Put the yogurt and the fruit alternating them into the ice lolly moulds and finish with a layer of yogurt

Put the lid on and then in the freezer for 4 hours

What a refreshing and delicious snack!

Lovely idea. I bet they taste much better than any commercial lolly!
